Resort fee includes unlimited local phone calls, unlimited long distance access, 24 hour shoe shine service, turndown service (on request), weekday newspaper, in-room safe, self parking, 24 hour access to fitness center at the Don CeSar, and housekeeping gratuity. Cancellation Policy Any cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made five or more days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeit of your deposit. Guarantee Policy All reservations are required to be confirmed with a one night's room and tax deposit. The deposit guarantees the reservation and then is applied to the last night of your stay upon check-in. Credit cards will be charged fifteen days prior to arrival for the required guarantee deposit.
